Located in Taksim, the heart of Istanbul. Sofitel Istanbul, enjoys a prestigious location with a unique view of the Bosphorus, is looking for“Night Manager” to provide an excellent service experience with an exciting range of products.
· At least two years’ experience as a night manager or duty manager position in Front Office
· Required to have excellent verbal and written English communications skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
· Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
· Guest driven, pro-active and approachable character.
· Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
· Solution orientated, motivator, flexible and a team player,
· Open minded view on change and improvements,
· Good understanding of financial controls and night audit processes.
· Able to manage, record and promptly resolve issues or emergencies that arise
· Turkish Citizens & Istanbul Residents only
