LAGEDO was established in 2020 with a mission to bring to our country the future’s technology in tyre recycling. We use the most advanced technology to decompose the end of life tyres into its components with no negative impact on our ecosystem. We then return the valuable materials they contain into the circular economy.

At Lagedo, we are now on the look for a General Manager with the following qualifications.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Setting short and long term strategies for the Company, and leading the planning and implementation processes in line with those strategies

Making corporate decisions, managing operations and resources effectively

Overseeing the work of and leading and shaping the objectives of the departments, and providing solutions and proposing improvements based on the data and reports presented.

Communicating with government and private corporations to represent Lagedo

Attending meetings with both local and overseas business partners, and ensuring that the decisions made in these meetings are adhered to.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

At least 5 years of experience as a General Manager or a C-Level Manager

Experience in tyre, energy, mining or recycling industries

Strong leadership and communication skills

Delegation and prioritization skills

Fluency in English (Fluency in French is an asset)

To be residing or able to reside in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul or Kocaeli region.
