We are looking for a CFO level executive team member to join our growing Holding company;
Accounting & financial tables & consolidation
Managing & controlling accounting function (company & holding level, consolidation experience is must)
Good understanding at cost center / profit center, good understanding at affects on company and holding level
Good understanding and management skills on financial tables – accounting processes relations(e.g.:Cash-flow, profit & loss table, trial balance, balance sheet) (related accounting transactions &processes (how and why arised on operation side, how reaced and booked at accounting, how reflected & affects profit and loss))
Budget
Experience at budgeting, must be able to establish budget management system & execute the system
Managing budget process: Both good at “planned” & “actual” phases, good and strong negotiation skills,
Financial reporting
Establisment and management of all required reporting lines (internal & external)
Must be able to analysis, must be able to inform BoD properly
Banks & Treasury
Establishment new relation lines with banks & manage exist ones
Management of investment related issues,
Management collection channels & related contracts with the banks
Ability to develop & execute policies at treasury related issues
Controlling
Establishment & Leading financial controlling function
Good risk & risk management understanding is must
Relation management
Relation management with all auditing bodies (internal & external)
Relation management with banks
Business plan & investments & policies
Leading business plan, good negotiation skills with related stakeholders (internal & external)
Manage company policies regarding cash, ledgers, capital expenditure, investment planning (analyzing, decision, planning, profitability, follow -up), payroll, debt, tax, all related financial issues,
Actively working at development and execution of company strategy,
Must be able to understand due diligence process, sector analysis and issues required during possible investment processes
Ready to be challenged & challenging related stakeholders
Performance management & strategy
Provide leadership to the Board's Finance and Accounting Strategy, to optimise the company's/holding’s financial performance and strategic position
Good at financial analysis, reporting, strategy development
Provide leadership to the Board's investment strategy
Legal & Corporate governance
Managing all legal/legislation related issues/regulatory requirements, good at tax management, good at corporate governance related issues
Qualifications required
Minimum 15 years experience, minimum 10 years managerial experience, minimum 5 years CFO level experience
Experience in Holding Company is preferred
Logistics, outsourcing, Production/industrial sectors hands on experience is preferred
Professional certification(s) (e.g.CMA, CPA, CRMA, CFP or other related) ownership is plus
Strong academic profile, respected university graduation in related areas
Ability to understand complexity
Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans
Experience in developing and implementing ERP system (must and important)
Team establishment experience is must
Strong understanding at risk management
Strong “priority analysis” ability, ready to work with heavy agenda
Strong understanding at investment management & required financial analysis
Good at English, both verbal and written communication
Good relationship management (internal & external) , multicultural approach,good at change management, good at decision making under pressure, good at stress management
