QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor who is graduated from reputable universities Economy or Business Administrations Departments & having at least 10 years of experience in Accounting Department.
- To control all the invoices coming from Diyarbakır and Ankara office and collect the required documents with the support of the related department.
- To fulfill accounting of all invoices and payments and responsible of all accounts payable.
- To control contractor agreements and invoices of contractors and follow contract terms like expiry date, inflation adjustment etc.
- To perform the required procedures related with fixed (fiscal and group) asset management according to fiscal regulations which are controlled by the company auditors for yearly and quarterly closing purposes.
Monitor accounts payable (check advance payments). Regularly review outstanding Purchase Orders in SAP with Purchasing Department.
Manage fixed assets in local and Group financial statements controlled by the company auditors
Ensure compliance with local regulations (accounting, tax) and Group policies
