We’re currently seeking a General Manager's Assistant;

Main responsibilities and duties :

She/he assists the General Manager in the various important and sensitive administrative activities required for the properfunctioning of the assigned unit.

· Assists Plant General Manager in the administrative tasks and performs the classic clerical tasks (correspondence, fielding calls…);

· Industrial Plan preparation and follow up with related units;

· To prepare/support and follow up management reporting;

· Responsible for the translation of documentation and correspondence in English;

· Arranges and coordinates meetings, conferences and other important and vital meetings;

· Attends to PGM related meetings and drafts meeting minutes;

· Makes the necessary organizations to welcome and host the guests;

· Responsible for arranging travel and accommodation, following the visa process and finalizing it;

· To carry out the organization of the necessary administrative works;

· Provides communication and coordination between the General Manager and other units;

· To ensure coordination with relevant organizations by making preliminary studies of the programs to be realized at the management level inhouse or outside the company;

· Having no obstacles to travel abroad, able to accompany travels when necessary;

· Takes part in administrative studies and helps prepare reports.

Requirements :

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, industrial engineer, related engineering or economical discipline,

· Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Professional abilities:

· Proficiency inEnglish is required;

· Command of office automation systems andMS Office (Word, Excel…);

· Versatility, autonomy, availability, interpersonal skills, discretion and respect for confidentiality;

· Strong, advanced planning, organization and coordination skills;

· Analytical thinking, practical, solution-oriented, high business follow-up and analysis skills;

· Good command of spelling and grammar, number skills (comfortable with numbers);

· Able to adapt to flexible working hours;

· Able to work result-oriented and dynamic in intense working tempo;

· Having a good diction;

· Successful in protocol and human relations;

High enforcement and work organization skills.
