QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Winder, yerinde ve atölyelerdeki jeneratörleri ve ekipmanları onarır, elden geçirir ve yeniler. Sarıcı sorumlulukları arasında sökme, yeniden sarma, lehimleme, yalıtma, destekleme, yeniden kama, epoksilerle çalışma, tutma halkası çıkarma ve yeniden takma yer alır. İş, onaylanmış talimatlara ve iş liderinin talimatına uygun olarak gerçekleştirilir.

Temel Görevler ve Sorumluluklar:Jeneratör ekipmanını hasar ve arıza kanıtı açısından inceler.Jeneratörleri ve ekipmanları yeniler, test eder ve geri sarar.Hasarlı veya hizmet dışı mekanik ekipmanı söker ve/veya şeritler.Mobil ekipmanı, araçları ve makineleri verimli ve doğru bir şekilde çalıştırır.Temiz çalışma alanları, makineler ve ekipman sağlar.Muayene ve test planlarında, çalışma talimatlarında ve kalite belgelerinde belirtildiği gibi doğru belgelerin kullanılmasını ve doldurulmasını sağlar.Belirtilen tüm kayıtların doğru bir şekilde alınmasını, gözden geçirilmesini ve onaylanmasını sağlar.İşin güvenli bir şekilde yürütülmesini ve eldeki görev için ilgili Güvenlik ve Kalite belgelerinin eksiksiz olmasını sağlar.Tüm kaldırma ekipmanının doğru şekilde kullanılmasını sağlar ve kullanımdan önce mevcut inceleme durumunu onaylar.Kontrolleri altındaki tüm çalışmaların atölyede veya sahadayken hasara karşı uygun şekilde korunmasını sağlar ve hasara karşı koruma sağlamak için ekipmanı nakliye için doğru şekilde paketler.Tüm çevrimiçi ve sınıf eğitim oturumlarını tamamlayın.Kısa sürede gerektiğinde küresel seyahat etme isteği ve esnekliği.Saha görevlerinin gerektirdiği şekilde tatiller, hafta sonları ve fazla mesai yapma yeteneği ve istekliliğiFieldCore vizyonumuzu proaktif olarak yönlendirmeye ve kuruluşumuzun temel değerleriyle uyum sağlamaya yardımcı olacak başka görevler de verilebilir. Aranan Nitelikler ve Deneyim:Tesisatçı / Sarıcı Ticaret SertifikasıJeneratör Teknisyeni veya eşdeğeri olarak en az 5 yıl deneyimliİngilizce yeterliliği

Job Summary:

The Winder repairs, overhauls and refurbishes generators and equipment on site and within workshops. Winders responsibilities include dismantling, rewinding, brazing, insulating, bracing, re-wedging, working with epoxies, retaining ring removal & refitting. Work is performed in accordance with approved instructions and direction of work leader.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inspects generator equipment for damage and evidence of malfunctions.
• Refurbishes, tests and rewinds generators and equipment.
• Dismantles and/or strips damaged or unserviceable mechanical equipment.
• Operates mobile equipment, tools & machinery efficiently and accurately.
• Maintains clean work areas, machines and equipment.
• Ensures correct documentation is used and filled out as specified on inspection and test plans, work instructions and any quality documents.
• Ensures that all specified records are correctly taken, reviewed and approved.
• Ensures that work is carried out in a safe manner and that relevant Safety and Quality documentation is complete for the task in hand.
• Ensures all lifting equipment is correctly used, and prior to use confirms its current inspection status.
• Ensures all work under their control is properly protected against damage whilst in the workshop or on site and correctly packages equipment for transport to ensure protection against damage.
• Complete all online and classroom training sessions.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel globally when required on short notice.
• Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Fitter / Winder Trade Certificate
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Generator Technician or equivalent
• Maintain active passport
• English proficiency required

• A good Knowledge of approved procedures and instructions
• Able to work without supervision and able to execute tasks when engaged on solo basis
