A GLOBAL MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR
A LOGISTICS SPECIALIST ( Istanbul, Ümraniye)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL CANDIDATES ARE AS BELOW:
Responsibilities:
Supporting Logistics Team in their activities
Providing a high level of Customer Service
Ensuring a timely delivery to Customer
Key Activities:
Order Management
Preparing reports through SAP
Preparing dispatch notes and Commercial Invoices
Sharing always COA with Customers
Issuing Local Purchases
Informing Customers about Arrivals
Delivery Management
Organizing all deliveries from port to customer/ warehouse to customer in accordance with Forwarders
Informing warehouses about material arrivals
Organizing deliveries from warehouses (Reservation)
Control/Check Inventory on a weekly basis with all warehouses
Others
Good command of both written and spoken English is a must
Fast adaptation skills
