Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in business administration, economics, finance or other related fields,
- Advanced skills in MS Office required. BPC and/or SAP experience is preferable,
- Min. 3 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis or financial controlling. Audit / Advisory background is preferable,
- Advance knowledge and experience in Turkish GAAP, Capital Markets Board regulations and IFRS reporting,
- Preferably have CMB Level 3 License,
- Good time management and multitasking skills and ability work with deadlines,
- Advanced oral and written communication/presentation skills in Turkish and English
- Ability to work effectively cross functionally, communicate with management, and with 3rd parties as a business partner and problem solver,
- Strong analytical skills, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic, with high sense of responsibility,
- Enjoys learning & personal development,
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask,
- No restrictions to travel in Turkey and abroad.
Job Description
- To meet information requests from shareholders and investment institutions,
- Preparing investor presentations and financial special information regarding the Company’s activities, financial status for the relevant period,
- Organizing investors’ meetings and roadshows to both existing and potential investors and shareholders, in order to provide regular information about the major activities, financial position and the strategies of the company,
- Reviewing analysts’ models for internal analysis,
- Preparing and coordinating disclosures of relevant information pertaining to the company,
- Conducting company’s relations with regulatory authorities like CMB, Istanbul Stock Exchange, etc.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Investor relations website,
- To take an active role in the implementation of the General Assembly meetings of the Publicly Held Partnership in accordance with the current legislation, in the transactions of Capital Markets Instruments and in Corporate Governance practices,
- Monitor the company's share performance and to make comparative analyzes,
- Prepare routine and ad hoc internal reports, analyses and presentations.
