Job Description

As the Budget and Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Build and develop company financial planning systems and processes.
• Lead the global forecast and budget timetables, working with stakeholders to ensure on time, high quality deliverables.
• Perform financial consolidation of Farmasi group companies.
• Produce detailed analysis on actual performance versus budget.
• Address specific reporting requirements along with standardized region / group reporting.
• Conduct business, financial and operations analyses s and support senior management in decision-making.
• Ensure globally robust financial, management and KPI reporting.
• Create and maintain a series of financial controls and procedures for the whole Finance function.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration from reputable English curriculum university. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A / Budget and Reporting functions and / or one of the Big 4. IFRS knowledge is a must.
• Experience with SAP and / or Oracle is required.
• Excellent excel and financial modelling skills with relevant qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA) and demonstrated career progression and track-record to date.
• Power BI, Microsoft Navision, Power Pivot know-how is an asset.
• Prior Manufacturing, E-commerce, Retail, FMCG experience is preferred.
• Advanced verbal and written English skills.
• Analytical, flexible and highly motivated.
