Global Human Resources Specialist

SAI is constantly striving towards expanding its markets and providing first-class service and expertise in the Agricultural Industry. By being constantly growing company with future-oriented outlook, we are always on the lookout for new, highly motivated and trustworthy employees therefore we are looking for a new team member with 2 – 3 years of experience in the Human Resources Department who fits in our young and energetic team. The potential candidate is responsible for the following activities:

· Develop and implement HR strategies.

· Manage the recruitment and selection process.

· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization. · Good knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR best practices.

· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

· Handling of all office administrative matters.

Qualifications

· Strong academic background in Bachelor studies.

· Advanced written and spoken English, ideally with a second language.

· Strong analytical, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills, people oriented.

· Advanced command of MS Office (Word, Excel) applications.

· Excellent reporting and presentation skills.

· No restriction for travelling abroad.
