Organizing maritime import and export operational processes, realizing shipment plans,
Supporting the manager in customs procedures, import, export, warehouse operations and logistics management,
Establishing the necessary communication with the suppliers and starting the shipping process of the supplied products,
Informing customers by making detailed follow-ups about the delivery process and operation,
Ensuring and controlling the complete and timely delivery of orders to the customer,
To determine the problems that may be encountered in operational processes and to carry out studies to take precautions,
To follow up the shipping and storage expenses and to make cost reduction studies,
To carry out the invoice and document documentation process related to the operation,
Qualifications
Good level of spoken and written English (Candidate is expected to have a fluent command of spoken language)
Graduated from undergraduate / associate degree programs of universities, (Preferably from logistics / port and maritime management / maritime departments)
Min. Having 2-3 years of internship/work experience (preferably in the maritime sector) Minimum 2 years of experience in maritime operations and pricing
EU Certificate of Origin, etc. in particular for logistics. At least intermediate knowledge of documents,
Knowledge of customs legislation,
Proficient in Office programs, especially Excel, prone to ERP systems,
Strong communication skills, dynamic, strong planning and organizational skills,
Able to work collaboratively in a team
Customer focused,
Having problem-solving skills, highly motivated, meticulously following the process,
