QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

  • Having at least 5 to 7 years experience especially on Total Quality Management implementation and documentation
  • Having experience in adopting/development of Integrated Management Systems knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISAGO or OHSAS 18001 procedures and it’s application functions. (having Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor certifications is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance activities and Process Follow up methods
  • Experience with project management and agile methodologies, PMP Certification is a plus
  • Experience in Logistics, 3PL, Forwarding, e-commerce, Ground Handling and Cargo Handling companies (aviation sector is a plus)
  • Experience on Customer Experience Management and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge on process standardization, design metodology , lean management operations excellence, performance management and continuous improvement activities (Green/Black belt holding is a plus)
  • Preparing Executive Level analysis reports
  • Good Computer Skills MS Project, Minitab, Matlab and MS Office tools

Qualifications:

  • Adopting and internalizing TQM principles at entire Holding entities globally
  • Deliver quality and process standardization objectives
  • Contribute to Project and Program Management related with Quality Mangement, Safety Management, Customer Satisfaction , SLA/Process Compliance, Standardization and Operational Exccellence as owner or team member.
  • Contribute to the Improvement of Quality, Service Indicators and Customer Satisfaction processes in parallel with Good to Great Strategy
  • Periodical visits to and meetings wih major customers on customer experience/customer satisfaction purposes globally
  • Regular visits to aviation authorities/associations and regulatory bodies with Global Quality Director together
  • Design, Deployment & Management of Global Integrated Process Management Model
  • Provide support to business units and headquarter functions in document standardisation and preparation of guidelines both locally and globally
  • Be a partner of Risk Management, BCM and Disaster Racovery
  • Support quality assurance activitites by following up of Ground Handling and Cargo Handling & Warehouse management regulations & knowledge sharing with subsidiaries
  • Stakeholder Engagement- Implementation of best practices (Lean 6 Sigma, Green Belt projects , Agility methodology for demand management)
  • Supporting of requirements of Integrated management systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO27001 and ISO45001 / OHSAS 18001, ISAGO and Internal Global Quality Audits
  • Communicate and publish weekly/monthly Quality Activity Report to Senior Management, Business Units, Managing Directors and other Çelebi stakeholders.
  • Assist Global Quality Director when preparing related calendar year budget
