General Qualifications :

  • Graduated from bachelor degree in relevant departments of universities
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Recruitment processes
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications especially in Excel
  • Excellence written and spoken English or German
  • Able to work as a team player progress with a cooperation perspective
  • Self-motivated, able to self-improve and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Good team player with strong problem solving skills

Job Description:

  • Responsible for conducting all recruitment process for Nearshore Call Center (Global) teams
  • Presentation of onboarding program for new hires
  • Capable of understanding the business objectives of internal customers and build strong relationship
  • Being responsible for the development of the entire operation in line with the project KPIs and conducting the operation connected to it
  • Tracking efficiency and completing necessary actions
  • Providing the development and motivation of its teams
  • Acting as a coach while managing relations with employees and management team
  • Providing key support for HR Change projects and driving process simplification. Work collaboratively with Global Project Teams
  • Supporting and organizing events and projects to increase corporate culture and employee motivation
