QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for self-motivated, proactive, fast-learner Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team.We believe in humility, radical honesty and results, not excuses. We believe that if your passions and talents match the job, magic happens.
Responsibilities
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
Requirements and skills
- At least 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably (motion graphics and video editing)
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Professional mastery with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- Preferably proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- written and oral English is a plus
- preferred to hold a Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- Preferably knowledgeable in photography and videography,
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent eye for detail
