QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design experience in marketing, corporate company, or creative agency environment, including digital design expertise,
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts and Communication Design,
  • Advanced level knowledge of Macintosh,
  • Competent in Adobe Creative Cloud especially in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; proficiency in HTML5 and XD are plus,
  • Uses and has knowledge for After Effects and Premiere programs,
  • Advanced knowledge of digital and print design, including layout and typography and pre-press,
  • E-commerce experience is a plus,
  • Has knowledge of MS Office programs,
  • Advance English writing and understanding, ready to translate artwork from English to Turkish,
  • Maintain consistency in projects within graphic standard guidelines,
  • Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high-pressure environment,
  • Strong time management skills to work efficiently without compromising quality,
  • Strong follow-up ability to deliver work in the given deadlines,
  • Team player,
  • Ready to share his/her portfolio of example works,
  • Actively follow and stay relevant with current design trends,
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and offer solutions,
  • Finished military service for male candidates.


  • JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Lead development and execution of targeted, strategic design according to the global guidelines for all marketing channels including instore materials, website content, digital advertising, print advertising, social media, e-mailing etc.
  • Responsible for providing artwork generating brochure layouts, initiatives, and corresponding print pieces to ensure these are delivered to a print ready standard, to brief and on schedule.
  • Understand competitor activity and ensure latest creative and category trends are implemented.
  • Responsible for developing ideas for the assigned category in line with Global creative guidelines and best practices.
  • Responsible for ensuring layouts are finished accurately to brief prior to category and campaign reviews.
  • Designing and producing all types of graphic elements, ensuring all materials are on-brand and well executed in a timely manner.
  • Designing and building E-commerce website and digital assets: responsive landing pages and animated ads and banners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and E-com team members to ensure creative briefing process provides adequate framework for campaign development.
  • Oversee brand design standards within team. Continually look to evolve brand design and coordinate updates to brand standards as needed.
  • Adapt quickly and maintain accuracy through frequent updates and promotional changes.
  • Bring creative innovation to Victoria’s Secret Turkey’s social channels and stimulate the development of new ideas by adapting and getting inspired by the designs received by the global team.
  • Join weekly marketing calls with US and other country partners.
  • Ensure alignment with cross functional teams.
  • Provide graphic direction, mentoring & thoughts with the marketing team members.
  • Research current international design and graphics trends in fashion/competitors and how these apply to various international markets.
