QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

With around 2,800 employees worldwide and annual sales of approximately 720 million euros, we combine the creative work of our designers and decor developers with state-of-the-art technology from the fields of printing, coating, impregnation and application technology.
Education & Work Experience & Technical Requirements:
· BA Degree in Graphic Design
· 3 - 5 years of experience in the graphic design field, printing experience is a plus
· Excellent English skills, German is preffered
· Advanced Prensentation and design skills
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Applications is a must (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
· Proficiency in Ms Office Programs (Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel, Word)
· A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
· Experience in illustration is a plus
· Ability to travel abroad and domestically
Personal Specifications/Skills:
· Being obsessively detail oriented
· Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
· A desire to stay current with design and industry trends
· Enjoys collaborative, global design environments and contributing to a team dynamic
Job discription:
· Collaborate closely with business partners, sales team, designers to develop new or retouched decors
· Contributes design modifications to facilitate manufacturing operation or quality of product
· Assist marketing department to develop various brand touchpoints including advertising, social media, internal communications, internal guidelines documents and toolkits
· Participate in discussions and work to help define the trends in a Global Design Team
· Prepare and perform trend presentation to foreign or local audiences
· Assist customer events operations at office or on site
