We are looking for an energetic, collaborative contributor who can help us develop user-centric content for a user generated content platform. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying user needs and opportunities to improve our content and measuring their effectiveness.
· Artwork creation: Brochures, adverts, flyers, social media cards, e-shots and other marketing collateral where necessary.
· Develop striking conceptual ideas for the artworks of our events
· Design all the artwork for events such as signage, slideshows, handouts and video animation.
· Creating print ready artwork for use by various departments.
· Demonstrating skilful application of design methods and practices
· Constructing Artwork master templates for use throughout the organisation.
· Utilising knowledge of design, innovative thinking and cultural trends to guide solutions
· Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
· Fully understand briefs and be able to produce creative ideas from those briefs
· Able to deliver high-quality work, in compliance with established procedures and/or protocols, within tight deadlines
· Liaising with print production companies and take ownership of logistics to meet deadlines
· Creating, preparing, proofing and checking print ready artwork.
· Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
· Strong ability to curate and creates designs
· Expert in creating visual concepts and retouching images to ensure they meet print and web standards, such as colour and image libraries
· Expert ability in correcting and formatting documents before they're sent to the printers
· Strong ability in imposing variable print files for digital print
· Be able to provide skilled and technically precise input and support to an agency or design studio
· Ability to work closely with the team as a whole to follow designs and artwork from their conception to final sign-off
· 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a related industry
