QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Human Care Group is a Swedish company based in Stockholm, specializing in patient transfer and mobility aids, lifting solutions, healthcare beds and convertible chairs. We have offices in the USA, Canada, Germany, and the Netherlands and a distributor network in 30 countries. We recently acquired Kenmak in Turkey with the aim to strengthen and widen our worldwide organization. Kenmak, founded in 1984, has an outstanding achievement of merging values of the past with innovative approach and is the leader of its industry.
As Kenmak Humancare, we are specializing in manufacturing hospital furniture and we provide products to more than 70 countries in Middle East, North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa, as well as Turkey locally. And we’re currently looking for a “Graphic Designer (Content Specialist)”(Remote working)
Main Areas of Responsibility
- Create and publish a wide range of content such as user manuals, service manuals,product sheets, labels, etc., in cooperation with Project Management/Marketing/QR, according to MDR standards.
- Support the global marketing and project management department at Human Care Group as well as Kenmak.
- Ensure that all produced material has a documentation reference number and that these numbers are being organized and archived accordingly, together with the files created.
- Maintain brand and corporate identity in all produced content/collateral.
- Create documents with high grammatical and contextual correctness.
- Be able to do illustrations, logotypes, photoshop pictures, and create documents (Indesign, PDFs) using the Adobe suite of programs.
- Be a good representative when it comes to handling and cooperate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Excellent InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator skills,
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferably working within international companies,
- Very good command of English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Excellent communication skills when working with several companies and departments, in different countries,
- Ability to work with strict deadlines,
- Being multi-tasked, having a creative approach and open to changes,
- Completed military service or 2 years of deferment for male candidates.
