Qualifications:
- Graduated from communication / marketing or Fashion / Fashion Design departments of universities,
- At least 6 years of experience in related fields,
- Has worked in an executive position at least one fashion brand,
- Advanced level of written and spoken English,
- Excellent analizing and organizing skills,
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills,
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Being result oriented and having a commercial viewpoint is an asset.
Basic Functions:

- Developing new graphical designs with creative thinking and ensuring the compatibility of graphics with Defacto trend strategy
- Researching, evaluating and interpreting fashion and trends together with the Graphic Designer, following the best sellers in the local market, attendance to design workshops and trade fairs, drafting of color palettes and themes for the season
- Making banner designs of Defacto.com, Retail and Global sites depending on the creative director,
- Keeping in touch with product content teams and preparing communication and advertising sets in parallel with the campaigns,
- Designing creative landing pages suitable for briefs on a category basis and fashion,
- Working with product content & creative team and IT to all other online sales channels, primarily Web/Mobile, to provide the customer with the best experience,
- To be able to make creative decisions and produce results-oriented works in a dynamic environment that changes very quickly.
