JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Collaborate with internal marketing team from conception through production on projects for clients.
- Provide informed and insightful input to the creative process on all matters pertaining to graphics and graphic design.
- Ensure adherence to established brand standards across all deliverables.
- Supports a high quality of deliverables and effectively manages assigned relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
- Keep current with industry-wide trends for design and web design/front end, and bring a fresh,contemporary perspective to all projects and initiatives
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- BA or BFA in graphic design, visual arts or related field,
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an ad agency or in-house environment – preferably in a manufacturing setting,
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio,
- Advanced to expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office communication tools and digital asset management systems,
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills,
- Demonstrated UX/UI knowledge,
- Experience with Sketch and inVision,
- Self-motivation and -direction to serve as design leader – or to work with a design leader – with minimal supervision,
- Ability to bring original ideas to the table and brainstorm with team members in a collaborative dynamic,
- Ability to synthesize creative, constructive feedback and course-correct as needed,
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively,
- Experience working Sitecore and Sitecore editor a plus,
- Proficiency in other visual design and wire-framing tools,
- Intermediate experience of HTML and CSS.
