QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Group İnternal Audit Manager” for our Holding;

Skills & Specifications of The Ideal Candidate:

• Graduated from Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering and other related departments of universities,
• At least 7 years of experience in internal audit,
• CPA, CIA, CFE, CRMA certifications are a plus,
• Experience on construction and contracting sector auditing procedures and implementations,
• Ability to analyze business processes from an efficiency point of view,
• Strong communication, organization, managerial and problem-solving skills,
• Specialized in internal control, risk management and governance processes,
• Ability to use data analytic in auditing procedures,
• Fluent in English both written and spoken,
• No obstacles for travelling.

Job Description:

• Establishing the annual internal audit plan, conducting annual risk assessments,
• Organizing field studies and reporting as per the planned auditing activities,
• Following up the action plans based on the audit reports,
• Establishing an efficient coordination between process owners to support internal control processes,
• Completing a proper documentation system to enable audit and constancy activities,
• Managing and conducting the presentation to board members and executive committee.
