YOTEL & YOTELAIR Istanbul Airport, will operate with 451 cabins with super comfy adjustable queen size Smart Bed, work desk and a techno wall with mood lighting and HD Smart TV. There is rain shower and heated towel rack in all of the cabins. There will generous Food & Beverage facilities namely a Club Lounge, Restaurant and Grab & Go 7/24 at the service of our guests. Meeting rooms will be the new center of the meetings with no need to go the city and also there is a Fitness Room for our guests to enjoy the long time between the flights and feel no stress.


Position Overview


Supporting S&M team in all aspects of department activities and supporting the Sales Manager with sales efforts to reach the hotel’s financial goals. All responsibilities shall be carried out in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, in accordance with YOTEL’s core values.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

- Analyzes and update of various databases. Creation of new databases if necessary

- Determines high potential accounts by correspondences and telemarketing to necessary companies, agencies and to all local and international related sources

- Responsible for smooth operation of the sales office by managing phone and mail traffic in the office – all with same day 2 hour response time

- Prepares group proposals for group requests, enter group blocks and prepare resume’s in coordination with the DOSM and Sales Managers

- Partners with Sales team to ensure all group needs are met, encourage repeat business.

- Prepares rate proposals and make necessary correspondences for Corporate Accounts and Travel Agencies

- Prepares reports necessary for Sales Department

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager

Skills/Qualifications

- College degree in Hospitality or related field.

- 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales.

- Must have the ability to solicit, qualify and secure business in addition to growing existing accounts.

- Thorough knowledge of major market segments.

- Self-motivated, energetic and professionally passionate with excellent customer service.

- Ability to work with a flexible schedule
