GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a "Growth Marketing Ass. Specialist / Specialist" for ourGrowth Team.
- Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Administration and other related departments,
- Minimum 2 years of experienced in product management and/or marketing,
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools (ie. Google Analytics etc) is a plus,
- Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-orientation and eagerness to learn,
- Energetic, creative, positive, result oriented,
- Having strong communication skills and being a good team player with positive attitude,
- Advanced MS Office applications (especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint) and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring coordination between teams by taking project based responsibility,
- Supporting the teams for analysis, decision, data and flow issues in the determined projects,
- Following projects in work lists, to determine team leaders and to share the current status and plan,
- Developing projects to increase product brand awareness and brand perception,
- Determining and implementing segment based marketing communication strategies,
- Creating and implementing a 3600 communication plan for campaigns,
- Planning and carrying out underline and above the line promotion activities in line with the brand and communication strategy in order to reach the annual targets,
- Working and following up on digital communications of the brand to reach KPIs,
- Following and analyzing new trends and communication activities in the market,
- Making suggestions for metrics such as growth, gain and activity, which are among the main goals of the brand,
- Conducting benchmark studies and developing new suggestions to improve product brand user experience.
