QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and Management of Promoter Efficiency
- Sell-out Target Simulation by product according to GTM / PM / Sales Team Committee
- Merchandiser Management : Merchandiser Route Plan collection / Store Visit Report collection / Merchandiser Evaluation by quantitative and quantitative KPI / Incentive Calculation / Merchandiser Expense Management
- Promoter Management : Promoter Performance Evaluation on the basis of cost effectiveness (Incentive Calculation / Target Achievement Evaluation)
- Low performance store improvement plan creation and set up monitoring process
- Budget Management : Budget Control / Invoice Entry / Invoice Tracking / Payment Tracking
- Weekly SOM and Monthly GTM Meeting preparation
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing department
- Being Fluent in English is a MUST. Interview will be conducted in English
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Power Point)
- Must have an interest in consumer electronics, customer experience and marketing topics
- Self-motivated, open minded, creative, eager to learn
- Maintaining strong organizational and communicational skills
- Deadline focused, multi-tasking and work under pressure
- Strong consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- No military obligation for male candidates
