Guest Experience Ambassador

Now, we are hiring Russian Speaking Guest Experience Ambassadors to join us in Bodrum.
Core Activities
· To review the reservations of the guests coming to the hotel and to contact before the guests arrive,
· To help guests with their special requests (decoration, restaurant reservation, airport transfers etc.)
· To get information about guests and preparing WOW Moments for their room
· To monitor the needs of the guests, assimilate and take action at the right time.
· Greet, check-in, respond to requests while providing exceptional service
· Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
· Take initiative to add a personalized experience
· Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
· To be equipped with local environment. (New restaurants, bars, clubs, shows, entertainment centers, concerts, cinemas, theaters, shopping malls, ferry times, historical and touristic places, museums, tour organizations, sales stores, car rental etc.)
· To fulfill other duties assigned.
Qualifications
· Service focused personality is essential
· Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
· Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
· Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus
· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
