Guest Experience Coordinator

Now, we are hiring Guest Experience Coordinators to join us in Bodrum.

Core Activities

  • To send our pre-arrivals emails
  • To receive and utilize information coming from Jotform.
  • To contact guests before their arrival if necessary.
  • To reply to or forward any emails coming from guests before their arrival.
  • To conduct a VIP search and update the daily communication paper
  • To handle guest requests coming by phone, email, METT App or WhatsApp.
  • To attend daily arrival meetings
  • To prepare amenity lists and welcome letters.
  • To convey information through Alice.
  • To closely monitor social media responses and provide weekly reports, alert all departments quickly.
  • To assist Guest Experience Ambassadors when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Service focused personality is essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Fluency in Turkish and English; additional languages are a plus (in particular Russian and Arabic)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by examp
