QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Guest Relations Agent to provide excellent guest service to our hotel's guests.

You should communicate well with our guests and make their stay at our hotel more enjoyable.

Responsibilities;

Review guest arrival lists to offer a warm greeting.

Ensure that all guest comments and complaints are attended to and that all complaint reporting is carried out and recorded.

Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.

Requirements;

Should be a guest-focused person with a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry's standards.

Good command of English

Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills.

Excellent time management abilities.
