GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for an " Guest Relations Manager " for one of our leading clients operating in the hospitality sector.


Candidate residency will be Bodrum.


Job Description:


  • Dealing with guest requests and complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Managing the guest complaint management system and reporting.


Qualifications:


  • Preferably a university graduate from Tourism and Hotel Management, Public Relations or similar departments,
  • Excellent command of Turkish ,Russian & English both written and spoken,
  • At least 3 year experience in a similar position, having a command of the hospitality culture,
  • Complaint and crisis management experience,
  • Working with a focus on guest satisfaction,
  • Ability to focus attention on details and to handle multiple tasks,
  • High organizational and planning skills,
  • Advanced team management, communication and and problem solving skills,
  • Advanced tracking and reporting, preferably having command of the Fidelio system.
