We are looking for an " Guest Relations Manager " for one of our leading clients operating in the hospitality sector.
Candidate residency will be Bodrum.
Job Description:
- Dealing with guest requests and complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Managing the guest complaint management system and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a university graduate from Tourism and Hotel Management, Public Relations or similar departments,
- Excellent command of Turkish ,Russian & English both written and spoken,
- At least 3 year experience in a similar position, having a command of the hospitality culture,
- Complaint and crisis management experience,
- Working with a focus on guest satisfaction,
- Ability to focus attention on details and to handle multiple tasks,
- High organizational and planning skills,
- Advanced team management, communication and and problem solving skills,
- Advanced tracking and reporting, preferably having command of the Fidelio system.
