Preferably graduated from Computer Technologies departments of universities,
At least 2 years of experience in network systems and hardware support,
Installation, maintenance and operation of software of servers, computers, network devices, handheld terminals, AP and printers in the network, troubleshooting.
Installation, management, configuration and documentation of Windows platforms.
Monitoring of firewall and antivirus software. Management, maintenance, configuration of virtual servers.
Implementation of necessary updates in the network. Software installations and configuration, tracking of software licenses.
Inventory removal. Management of the e-mail messaging system, opening-closing accounts for users, directing them, taking backups, providing services.
Development of server's backup policies. Providing regular backups without loss of information, making necessary analyzes and adaptations to improve server performance.
Organizing relations with suppliers and service companies. Sending the devices to the relevant companies for repair, tracking them.
Fluent in English, prone to teamwork, and good communication skills to provide project follow-up and support with the IT departments of our overseas headquarters.
Having a Class B License,
Those who live or will be able to reside in Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, Saray, Çorlu regions.
JOB DESCRİPTİON
Follow-up of requests for network systems and hardware, support, IT projects,
Taking action, when necessary, by obtaining the opinion and approval of the Information Systems Manager regarding incoming requests,
Solution of problems in network systems and hardware,
Analyzing, documenting and ensuring that the most appropriate solution is made by discussing with other departments and managers whether the solutions and developments to be made are suitable for the system.
Performing user identification, authorization, authorization role arrangement and control processes for local and global systems,
Taking an active role in supporting integration projects with global IT systems,
Organizing and following up on providing training to users about network system and hardware when necessary or receiving training from the supplier,
Network systems, monitoring of technological innovations in improving the working performance of hardware, cooperation with the global team and reporting to the manager.
