Job description :
Harness Engineering Leader is technically responsible for the development, profitability and customer satisfaction of the harness and associated parts.
- He/She is responsible for the design, specification and validation and development of the products in its perimeter,
- He/She technically animates the designers who are working for his/her projects
- He/She ensures technical convergence with the supplier
- He/She contributes to the main deliverables of related components for cost reduction and quality issues resolution process.
Mechanical criaterias:
- Bachelor's degree from related departments preferably from Electrical & Electronics Engineering Departments
- Project management skills in technical domain
- Experience and know-how for harness components and related automotive systems
- Professional background preferred in product or process domain
- Product development and follow up with suppliers
- Technical analysis and synthesis capabilities
