We provide dental treatment services in Turkey as well as for the international patients travelling from all over the world. We're looking for an International Patient Coordinator with the following qualifications to work in our Istanbul office – Anatolian side. This is a full time job.

Turkish Speaking + Fluent English is required for the position. French or German language would be beneficial. As the International Patient Coordinator, you will be the main contact for patients, facilitate travel planning and coordinate with doctors in order to ensure the patient is aware of all necessary processes and feels well attended at all times.

Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls, emails and other communications.

Communicating clearly the required information to the patients and the dentists

Prepare treatment plans, clearly communicate treatment plans and cost.

Schedule and plan appointments, airport transfers and hotel accommodation

Managing social media accounts and updating the website.

Helping designing published materials for advertisement.

Managing CRM and sales reports.

Requirements:

University degree.

Preferably having experience in medical/health tourism

Familiarity with MS office, social media advertising and publishing tools

Warm personality with strong communication, organization & planning skills and problem-solving ability.

Willing to work around flexible hours including early mornings
