Patient Field Coordinator
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English.
- Having a medical tourism background (Preferred).
- Great Communication skills.
- Good listener and speaker.
- Great organizing skills.
Job Description:
- Assist the patient in regards to their operations.
- Guide the patients and visiting them once necessary.
- Provide Translations between the patients and the doctors.
- Communicate with the sales and operation team.
- Arranging the hotel bookings, and the transfers of the patients.
- Post operative follow up with the Patients.
- Understand the patient demands clearly and emphatically
- Assist the patients through their treatment process.
