QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably graduated from Veterinary faculty,
  • Minimum 2 year experience in animal/poultry health or former broiler agents/assistants side,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point),
  • Fluent English (written and verbal),
  • Excellent understanding of poultry health diseases, as well as pharmacology and immunology (vaccination) with the focus on prevention and control towards biosecurity,
  • Good knowledge and appliance on management and leadership,
  • Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram),
  • Good understanding of food safety and quality – HACCP,
  • Good understanding and application animal welfare standards,
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence,
  • Team player,
  • Problem solver,
  • Ability to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels of the organization and represent the area in a professional manner,
  • Availability to work in alternative hours,

DESCRIPTION

  • Implementation and verification of biosecurity measures in properties,
  • Implement the KPI’s and inventory control, ensuring their targets are achieved, involving creation of templates, standardization and follow-up meetings,
  • Create & establish daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc reports by using BRF methodologies and different analysing tools,
  • Application and checking of correct sanitary management washing / disinfecting,
  • Ensure legal documents to be properly accorded to poultry transportation and in the farms,
  • Compliance with Company Standards,
  • Facilitate the daily, weekly, monthly meetings, make sure of the agenda and content by meeting BRF methodologies,
  • Assist in developing all the process flows along with the departments, make sure that all the process are running as per the flows created and coordinating meetings for compliance,
  • Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace,
  • Implement budget control and standardization of the budget control, involving development of trainings, templates and meetings coordination, ensuring accurate control of the budget,
  • Support the process of Purchases Requisition and Purchases Orders aligning with key users,
  • Support the Investment process, to ensure that it will be applied as per our budget and check weekly, including evaluation of the PO’s and PR's,
  • Comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the hatchery,
  • Ensure the 5S compliance within the workplace.
