JOB DESCRIPTION
• Ensuring production in the restaurant at high standards
• Managing, training and motivating the entire kitchen team
• Having a good command of checking the costs
• Managing the entire daily operations perfectly
• Particularly installing the system and standards of the kitchen for the opening
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 year experience in the same position and total 8 to 10 year experience in a la carte restaurant kitchens at high standards michelin star preferred
• Overseas experience
• Paying attention to details and excellence
• Excellent command of the classical Turkish and modern cuisine experience
• Graduated from a culinary school or similar education, advanced level of fundamental cuisine knowledge
• Skills and ability to cook delicious meals, paying attention to tastes and presentation, ability to design his/her team according to these characteristics
• Experienced in costs and coordination
• Good command of Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to create and follow up standard recipes
• Fluent and excellent command of speaking and writing communication skills in Turkish and English
• High self-motivation, believing in teamwork
• Quick learning skills
• High capability of persuasion and solution-oriented thinking
• Adaptability to intense work pressure
• Careful, responsible and following up his duties
• Ability to act in accordance with the food safety (implementing HACCP / ISO 22000) and occupational safety regulations
• Aiming to work steady in the long term
• Closely following up the world and new gastronomy trends
• Completed military service for male candidates
