QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you looking to make the step up in your career? We’re excited to work with a creative design manager as Head of 3D Design Team to join the team. If you are an experienced Senior 3D Designer at booth/fair/exhibition, looking to take on more responsibilities, mentor others, lead projects and work with brands, then we want to hear from you.
Bachelor’s degree in related fields
At least 8 years professional experience
Proven experience in exhibition/fair
Managerial experience; managing a team of 4 or above
To ensure that all projects will be delivered effectively on time and on budget
Playing a role in new business pitches with effective leadership and acting as a brand ambassador
Leading multiple small to large projects with creative flair and finesse
Taking lead on all project and operation process
Taking ownership on your own projects, from concept to completion and also be able to coach, develop and mentor all other design team members
Advanced use of 3Ds Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD and Adobe programs
Knowledgeable in rendering and creating a visual
Advanced use of MS Office programs
Knowledge of basic manufacturing methods, materials, production and technical issues
Brief > Mood Board > Detailed Design > Production > Taking an active role in all stages of installation
Ability to communicate effectively in Turkish and in English
Analytical thinking, open to development
Confident and a great communicator
Enthusiastic and conscientious
Able to adapt to flexible working hours
Exempt from military service for male candidates
