IDEAL PROFILE:
- A bachelor's degree in information systems or IT or computer science with emphasis on Information security preferable.
- Certification: CISSP (must) and CISM
- A minimum of seven years of IT experience, with five years in an information security role and at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Information security requirements and implementation in large corporate environments
- Experience with common Information security management framework such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSF
- Strong analytical skills to analyze security requirements and relate them to appropriate security controls.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Manage the information security activities at DigiTurk in coordination with beIN’s Media Group Information Security initiatives and directives.
- Participate in technical meetings and working groups to provide from Information security perspective.
- Performs risk, threat, and vulnerability assessments and coordinates effective remediation activities with system and application owners to ensure the technical infrastructure and information assets are adequately protected and free from known vulnerabilities.
- Document best practices for information security assurance based on business and user requirements.
- Develop, maintain and publish beIN Media Group’s information security policies, standards and guidelines at DigiTurk. Oversee the dissemination of security policies and practices.
- Provide regular reporting on the current status of the information security program to Manager of Information Security Assurance at head office.
- Develop and enhance an information security management framework based on Industry standards ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.
- Manage Information security projects at DigiTurk in consultation with Head of Information Security Assurance at head office.
- Provide strategic risk guidance for IT projects, including the evaluation and recommendation of technical controls.
- Ensure that security architecture at DigiTurk in align with beIN’s Media Group Enterprise security architecture, thus coordinating the strategic planning implicit in these architectures.
- Ensure that security programs comply with relevant laws, regulations and policies to minimize or eliminate risk and audit findings.
- Define and facilitate the information security risk assessment process, including the reporting and oversight of treatment efforts to address negative findings.
- Manage security incidents and events to protect corporate IT assets in coordination with CSOC, including intellectual property, regulated data and the company's reputation.
- Facilitate a metrics and reporting framework to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the program, facilitate appropriate resource allocation, and increase the maturity of the security.
