GENEL NİTELİKLER
Main Tasks
Lead Turkey's Procurement and Supply Chain activities and related teams, ensure compliance to TK Elevator Procurement policies and standards, drive forward implementation of BU/OU projects, aiming improvement of procurement practices and increase of the efficiency.
Responsibilities
Implement corporate procurement and supply chain policy in the Turkey
Review and improve existing supply chain practices in the Turkey
Plan and coordinate o procurement and supply activities in Turkey with the aim to ensure optimal prices and delivery time of New Installation equipment, spare parts and other goods
Manage the procurement team in Turkey, ensure proper staffing and professional development of the team
Lead complex procurement and supply chain projects personally in order to ensure compliance to corporate procurement strategy
Provide regular reporting according to the corporate standards
Profile
Preferably bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering department or other related departments of reputable universities
Min 8-10 years of experience in procurement and logistics practices
Literacy in customs regulations, local legislation related to the subject
Strong analytical skills and ability to successfully operate in a multinational environment
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of lean supply chain principles and will to introduce those in practice
High proficiency in MS Office applications (Especially in Excel) and ERP system (Preferably SAP)
Decision making and result orientation
Fluent English
