QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be a vital part of our Health and Safety Team, who adopts the 'Safety First' vision beyond anything else considering the health and safety measures within the Manisa Plant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing oversight, support and advice to all activities in our Manisa Plant in relation to H&S matters. Safety is not only a value for Ferrero , but also a vision and continued lifestyle. As a Health & Safety Manager, having 3 Direct Reports and reporting to the Region Health and Safety Manager directly, your role will be Manisa based.
Main Responsibilities
• Managing all occupational health and safety and ergonomic operation efficiently and effectively
• Providing all legal requirements related to Occupational Health, Safety and preventive health measures
• Providing necessary international legal standards
• Preparing the business standard form and risk analysis
• Being Determined of countermeasures with necessary analysis and follow up principle for continuous improvement
• Giving feedback to employees working in field inspections.
• Ensuring analysis of accidents and report
• Ensuring periodical reporting on H&S KPI’s
• Collaborating with the competent medical staff on analysis of problems and medical surveillance planning concerning accidents, work environment, ergonomics and wellbeing
• Working together with the technical staff on completing the necessary paperwork (practices) concerning inspections and controls, licenses, facilities’ declaration, in accordance with the law
Who We Are Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Having prior experience in related fields
• Having Compulsory Safety Certification
• Ability to work in teams and leadership skills
• A passion for problem solving and implementing new ideas with great communication skills
• Fluency in English
