We are looking for a “Health and Safety Responsible” for our plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;

• Bachelor Degree with relevant department
• 0 - 2 years health&safety experience
• Having a C class Occupational Safety specialization certificate
• Fluent in English - both verbal and written
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office
• Good at documentation
  
• Good at analytical thinking and risk analysis skills
• Effective communication and planning skills
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

Job Description

• Acts in line with the Labour Act no. 4857 and Safety and Health Law 6331
• Investigates of the causes of occupational accidents and occupational diseases in the workplace and makes suggestions to the employer.
• Takes part in accident / incident investigations.
• Participates to the risk assesments and implementations and gives suggestions about the necessary meaures about them.
• Participates to the studies about preventing accidents, fires or explosions in the workplace
• Gives and controls the health and safety trainings to the employees in line with related regulations and completes certification and documentation works
• Prepares the necessary procedures and HSE instructions and ensures their usage
• Organizes and monitors daily, weekly, and monthly forms of production area audits
• Participates patrols, risk assesment organisations, internal and external audits
• Plays a role in the follow-up and preparation process of occupational accident statistics
• Supports ISO 14001 processes
