QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for French speaking "Health Consultant" who will work in the hospital (located in Şişli district) , supervise operational tasks executed at the hospital, informing and explaining about the desired treatments in the hospital. The specialist shapes the medical experience, organizes the hospital and assists patients during consultation.
Requirements:
- Advanced level of Turkish and French.
- University graduate
- Great communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM Application
- Maintaining good dialogue with patients, doctors, assistants and other staff.
Job Description:
- Using our online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Explaining clearly the required information to the patients
- Problem solving, taking initiatives when it comes to unexpected measures
- Being in contact with Sales Team
- Other tasks given by management
