QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Leading of heat treatment team
- Product and process heat treatment planning
- Monthly and yearly personnel and capacity planning & shift allocation
- Leading and management of HSE, Safety
- Working & experience sharing together with internal and external teams
- Develop team skills
- Management of external heat treatment supplier for BuP2-Plant
- Planning of forecast budgets and equipment, machines
- Execution & planning production needs (chemicals, materials, used equipment)
- Execution daily Gembas and follow up KPIs(quality, delivery, cost, safety) via digital solutions
- Planning & allocate employee capacity based on production outputs
- Execute problem solving methods against internal & external claims
Qualifications
- Material and/or metallurgical engineer
- Preferred more than 3 years metallography lab./ heat treatment production experience.
- Additional software knowledge(ex. Power-BI, tableaus...) is an asset
- Able to take responsibility for own work and apply own initiative to finding solutions in a structured way.
- Strong communication skills, precise and structured. Able to explain complex circumstances in a clear manner.
- Analytic and result oriented with pro-active attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- English: good level in written and verbal communication, German is an asset.
