Customer Service Help-Desk
The Role
Role will incorporate both technical and administrative skills in order to provide technical support to customers and manage service interventions (CRM).
In particular:
· Primary point of contact for Turkish customers (calls and emails) and Field Service Technicians for request of support and daily issues (spare parts order information, machines and SW Tools issues).
· Prepare service interventions (work order, documentation, etc) for Field Service Technicians
· Case management in Salesforce in line with global rules and best practice
· SupportingCustomer Service Officer for customer Kick-off meetingpreparation
· Interaction with Help Desk Level 2 in VDW BE is necessary on a daily base
Requirements
· The individual will be a communicator, competent, organised, and technically capable.
· Good English language knowledge (both written and spoken).
· Engineering experience with strong affinity for both electronics and mechanics.
· Strong analytical ability to gain a deeper understanding of problems, gathering and analysing data.
· A confident user of IT systems, using spare parts ordering systems, Salesforce and other customer support packages (example: “VDWconnect” to connect remotely to machines) along with Teams and Microsoft 365.
