QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Relevant education background from Universities or vocational high schools,
  • Experienced in working on Information Technologies,
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a must,
  • Having problem solving and good communication skills,
  • Willing to work in a team and flexible working hours, especially night shift,
  • No military obligation or delayed at least 2 years for male candidates.
English knowledge of candidates will be tested.

  • Meet and analyze the user problems and demands assigned to him/her,
  • Direct some of them to other support groups if necessary,
  • Follow the resolution process of the problems that s/he directs,
  • Provide feedbacks to users about their problems,
  • Update information given by users and support groups,
  • Report about record problems if necessary,
  • Manage to close the solved records on time.
