QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Helpdesk Supervisor to work at Yves Rocher that will be responsible for solving helpdesk request and managing helpdesk team.
Job Description
- Solving Help Desk requests according to SLAs,
- Provide performance and service level reporting,
- Contributing to development, planning and production of new systems,
- Leading Help Desk projects,
- Provide trainings for the development of the Help Desk team,
- Ensuring control of hardware and software inventories,
- Preferably knowledgeable about Oracle data queries (PL / SQL).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree,
- Good command of spoken and written English language,
- Min. 2 years of experience in a field of Helpdesk Management,
- Management and configuration experience in client operating systems,
- Knowledge of basic network (WAN, LAN) and Windows servers,
- Advanced management and organizational skills,
- Strong communication and leadership skills,
- Able to manage time and priority,
- To have a good problem solving skills,
- To have no restrictions to travel.
