QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Helpdesk Supervisor to work at Yves Rocher that will be responsible for solving helpdesk request and managing helpdesk team.


Job Description

  • Solving Help Desk requests according to SLAs,
  • Provide performance and service level reporting,
  • Contributing to development, planning and production of new systems,
  • Leading Help Desk projects,
  • Provide trainings for the development of the Help Desk team,
  • Ensuring control of hardware and software inventories,
  • Preferably knowledgeable about Oracle data queries (PL / SQL).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree,
  • Good command of spoken and written English language,
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a field of Helpdesk Management,
  • Management and configuration experience in client operating systems,
  • Knowledge of basic network (WAN, LAN) and Windows servers,
  • Advanced management and organizational skills,
  • Strong communication and leadership skills,
  • Able to manage time and priority,
  • To have a good problem solving skills,
  • To have no restrictions to travel.
