Your Role and Responsibilities :

• Receiving the client calls for end user device problems
• Analyzing problem impact and possible causes
• Reviewing and applying problem diognistic checklist if any provided
• Applying predefined problem resolution steps
• Applying Problem resolution for not defined end user problems
• Providing support on-site face to face when applicable
• Providing support via remote connectivity when necessary
