QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a teammate with the following characteristics for our company, which provides design and engineering services in the Automotive, Maritime and Defense industries in local and international platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduate degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or a closely related field,
· Having advanced experience and knowledge in the field of finite element methodologies,
· Having theoretical knowledge about strength, solid mechanics and numerical methods,
· Providing hand calculations for FEA loads, stress and fatigue analyses,
· Highly experienced in finite element analysis software such as Hypermesh (preferred), ANSYS, MSC Family, Abaqus and etc.,
· Preparing mathematical models (preprocessing /meshing),
· Performing implicit and explicit analyses,
· Evaluating the analysis results and reporting,
· Preparing flexible bodies (modal neutral files) for Vehicle Dynamics team,
· Providing measurement points and directions to the test department and taking part in the studies of the test-analysis correlations,
· Developing analysis methodologies and preparing procedures,
· Taking responsibility for the execution of different personnel and projects within the team,
· Engaging in activities to improve the know-how level and technical skills of the CAE Team,
· Prone to teamwork,
· Interested in technological development activities, open to alternative / analytical thinking, also open to development and learning, and disposed to self-improvement,
· High level of self-motivation,
· Meticulous and careful, with the ability to concentrate to work on a specific job for long periods of time,
· Very good command of English,
· For male candidates, to have completed their military service or to be postponed for at least 2 years,
· Able to reside in Istanbul (Anatolian) or Kocaeli.
JOB DESCRIPTION
To follow the time plans of the project, for which the Durability & Safety coordination responsibility is taken on behalf of the team, to ensure intra-team coordination, to attend the necessary meetings and to follow the tasks defined on the team, to communicate with other teams on the issues required by the project.
To carry out analyzes related to the assigned projects and to report the results. Periodically inform the team leader about the content and progress of the project.
