We are looking for a Director of Sales who will be responsible for all Sales& Marketing activities of the “Hilton Garden Inn Balıkesir” Operation.
General Qualifications:
- Good standard of higher education,
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant position,
- Fluency in English is a must
- Excellent communication and organizational skills,
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing Market conditions,
- Confident, persuasive and networks with others,
- Positive and proactive attitude,
- Proven record of success in Sales and Marketing,
- To be familiar with Balıkesir Hotel Market will be an asset.
- Target driven and hands on Management style.
Job Description
- Taking full responsibility of the Hotel’s Sales& Marketing activities,
- Implementing the Hotel’s Sales& Marketing strategy and taking initiatives in all stages of the S&M process,
- Actively contributing to achieving Hotel’s Financial targets,
- Intensive efforts to deliver the highest Revpar and Market Share achievement,
- Executing and supporting Hilton Garden Inn Brand Standards,
- Implementing Best Practices selling methods and procedures at all levels in the Team to ensure business objectives are met,
- Monitoring and reviewing all opportunities for Account penetration,
- Maintaining good relationship with Travel Agencies,
