We are looking for a General Manager who will be responsible for overall Management of the “Hilton Garden Inn Balıkesir” operation.
General Qualifications:
- Good standard of higher education,
- Minimum 3 years experience in relevant position or 5 years of Int’l Hotel Chain experience in a senior position,
- Fluency in English is a must,
- Excellent communication and organizational skills,
- Positive and proactive attitude,
- Proven record of success in Hotel Operations,
- Target driven,
- Guest Satisfaction oriented,
Job Description
- Taking full responsibility of the Hotel Operation,
- Actively managing and achieving the Hotel’s Financial targets,
- Leading the Team for the highest Revpar achievement,
- Leading the Team to deliver the highest Guest Satisfaction,
- A “Hands on Manager”- consistently maintaining the Brand Standards and Quality Assurance,
- Building a strong relationship within the Team and maximizing the Employee Satisfaction,
- Analyzing and tracking the Hotel Operation, sharing best practices and driving on going improvements in all areas,
- Complying with all legal requirements,
