Your Responsibilities
/ Shape product strategy of a specific product segment for Home Comfort products based on Region Emerging Markets Business Unit strategy
/ Operationalize product strategy by driving end-to-end activities from product ideation to product offer
/ Ensure mid and long term business success by providing a competitive product portfolio within a specific product segment
/ Support sub regional brand marketing organizations and manage assortment & pricing
/ Analyze market requirements with evolving trends via CI activities
/ Owner of Variant management during product lifecycle and the Beyond Category Roadmap Process in REM
Your Profile
/ University degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
/ Minimum 8-9 years similar experience in white goods or fast moving consumer products
/ Fluent English knowledge is a must
/ Excellent MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) knowledge
/ Customer and result oriented, analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture, believes in teamwork, good at details, proactive, and able to think out of the box
