We are looking for a Nurse.
As Nurse, we rely on you to
- Ensure that all Local Health Authority guidelines are strictly observed and adhered to.
- Attend to all emergencies, give first aid, and in the case of serious incidents accompany colleagues to hospital.
- Promote Health and Safety programs, including injury prevention, disability long term and short term and coaching departments on the hotel's modified work program.
- Maintain good working relationship with the management team while maintaining confidentiality and quality patient care.
- Control the accuracy of sick leave authorization forms and follow up for payroll and audit purposes.
- Implement and maintain all administration regarding health care, sick leave documentation and medical filing for all patients.
- Ensure the absolute hygiene of the clinic and that its equipment and tools used for medical treatment are disinfected and sterilized.
- To ensure Occupational Health Card records for all employees are kept up to date.
- Send patients to hospital if the diagnosis requires.
- Purchase the adequate quantity of medical supplies from officially recognized pharmacies for the clinic and maintain all First Aid Boxes so they are adequately stocked.
- Provide primary health service to all and, if required, guests in the Hotel.
We are looking for someone who;
- Has a passion for hospitality sector
- Has relevant experience with an International 5* Hotel Group
- Has a university degree in Nursing
- Enjoys interacting with people and helping them
- Communicates and writes with fluency in Turkish & English
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Follows the latest regulations on Covid-19 and keep HR department updated
